Conceptual framework of the platform “Agro-techno-polis” of innovative and investment development of science-driven agrarian sphere / Volodin S.A. // Ekonomika APK. - 2016. - № 5 - P. 15

The objective of the research is scientific, organizational and methodological substantiation of conceptual foundations for improving the efficiency of scientific and industrial base by creating in NAAS a market-based public-private partnership integrated with science, business infrastructure and innovation and investment development. The methodological foundation of the paper is set on the fundamental tenets of economic theory, economics, agriculture, methods of the innovation providing’s system, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the issues of innovation and investment development of high-tech agricultural sector. The first time the issues of innovation and investment development of agrarian sphere of high technology based infrastructure component are considered. A conceptual base of a platform “Agro-techno-polis” is substantiated. A scientific and organizational base for creation and operation of Science Park within the system of NAAS and its transfer and technological networks is suggested. Figs.: 3. Refs.: 13.
