About essence of industrial relations in market economy terms / Firsov Ye.O. // Ekonomika APK. - 2016. - № 10 - P. 83

The objective of the article is to consider the objective possibilities of profit formation by the owners of the production means without occurrence of antagonistic contradictions between the main classes of society in the modern market economy. The author's analysis does not confirm the conclusions of Karl Marx, made at the end of the “Capital” first issue that in the course of development of capitalistic society the mass of poverty, oppression, slavery, degradation and exploitation will be increased. These conclusions are formulated on the basis of market economy indicators generalization under conditions of low material and technical industrial base. Thus, the economic development objective prospects, in the context of scientific and technological progress of society, have not been identified. Currently the basic physical and intellectual needs of workers and their families, in post-industrial countries, are provided. In these countries profit formation doesn’t realized by the employees unpaid labor, but by the organization and production technology improving, based on the science and technology advanced achievements. Profit, in these conditions, is not the result of wage-workers exploitation. The author made conclusion that, actually, in the post-industrial countries between the owners of the production means and wage workers, production relations partnership are carried out. The basic conditions of the industrial relations formation between the owners of the production means and wage-workers, that are necessary for their partnership recognition, were identified. It was practically determined that partnership industrial relations ensure the constructive cooperation between the parties and the necessary conditions formation for the highly profitable production organization, in the framework of the evolutionary society development without revolutionary upheavals.
