Management of competitiveness of enterprises in the pig breeding / Mazurenko O.V. // Ekonomika APK. - 2017. - № 3 - P. 71

The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations directed to improving the competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises in a competitive environment. Research methods are based on traditional economic methods: monographic, system analysis, graphical and tabular. It is noted that a presence of the necessary level of competitiveness is essential for occupation of the desired market position. Competitiveness management cannot be effectively implemented without its adequate assessment as an important tool of development of measures to improve the competitive status of enterprise. As the element of novelty there’re determined categories of “competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises” and “management competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises”. There’s developed scheme of management competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises; formed a strategy to increase output and improve quality of pig breeding production; proposed a concept of management competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises. An improving of formation mechanisms in price system of production would ensure the creation of a holistic mechanism to stimulate competitive pig breeding. The practical significance of the study lies in fact that formed provisions and recommendations will contribute to solve the problems of improving the competitiveness of pig breeding enterprises.
