The purpose of the article is to show an objective picture of the state of scientific potential of scientific research institutions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) based on information on: number of created profiles of scientistsagrarians of the scientific research institutions (SRI) network in the science-research databases, index of SRI of NAAS, number of profiles created by their scientists in the Google Scholar, number of cited scientists of NAAS in the Google Scholar system and periodicals published by the NAAS institutions. Research methods. The method of scientific and mathematical analysis, with help of differentiation and integration operations, which are based on operations of the boundary transition, with the use of reporting materials, continuous monitoring of performance of scientists, agrarians and scientific collectives of NAAS, as well as periodicals of the NAAS network in analytical and information systems, in particular Google Scholar. Research results. The dynamics of staffing, publishing-informational, and organizational components of scientific and technological potential of NAAS as a whole and its networks for the period 1991-2018 were analyzed and presented. There were shown created profiles of scientists-agrarians of the SRI network of NAAS in Google Scholar, an index of scientific research institutions of NAAS, a number of profiles created by their scientists in Google Scholar, and a number of cited scientists of NAAS in the Google Scholar system. An illustrated number of periodicals of the SRI network of NAAS, their representation on science-computer platforms and their index of citation were represented. International experience of evaluating scientific organizations and their methodology for assessing scientific and technological potential was summarized. Methodology for evaluating effectiveness of the scientific and technological potential of NAAS, developed by the staff of the National Scientific Agricultural Library of NAAS was presented. Elements of scientific novelty. For the first time, through the nanometric system, existing methods for evaluating results of scientific activity were adapted to the Ukrainian academic science, which were conventionally divided into two groups: qualitative and quantitative. Analysis of international experience in evaluation of scientific organizations was made, and there were analysed methodologies for evaluating an impact of science in different countries of the world, namely France, Italy, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany. Objective picture of the state of scientific and technological potential of agrarian science and education in conditions of the European integration was presented, and the self-developed method of integrated assessment of scientific and technological potential of SRI of NAAS was proposed. It is based on a combination of expert and scientometric assessments in accordance with principles of the Leiden Manifesto, taking into account functioning specifics of agrarian institutions, which is more objective compared to the current state based on evaluating research organizations of the NAAS system. Practical significance. Representation of the national agrarian science in the international scientific information environment, dissemination of the best achievements of the Ukrainian agrarian science will help increase its competitiveness and degree of integration in a system of communication and social innovations, as well as provide rating of institutions in the science-information informational international space that are determined by the urgent needs of Ukraine's development and its European integration.
