The purpose of the article is to offer a synthesis of methods of planning, control, organisation, regulation of business activity of enterprises in order to improve management information.
Research methods. In the research process were used the following scientific methods: the abstract method (for allocating basic information for managerial decision-making); the monographic method (for generalising the theory of information support in enterprise management); the synthesis method (for establishing the relationship of planning, control, organisation, regulation of economic activity of an enterprise).
Research results. The main provisions of the theory of information support, including methods of processing, analysis and use of information in enterprise management were outlined. The scheme of systematisation of methods in information support of enterprise management was presented. The scheme of research mechanism of enterprise management system was offered. Economic indicators and evaluation criteria in enterprise management were substantiated.
Elements of scientific novelty. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the proposed synthesis of methods of planning, control, organisation, regulation of business activity of an enterprise, their systematisation in a certain order and consistency, which has unified approaches to information support of enterprise management and is different from the traditional methods of processing, analysis and use of economic information.
Practical significance. Using the scheme of research mechanism of enterprise management system allows to predict the planning, economic activity of an enterprise on basis of the ratio of sales and production, production control by its volume, market organisation based on the sales volume of products, regulation of enterprise management providing balance of supply and demand, equilibrium of the whole enterprise management systems.
